CROWDED COUCH

Maisy is struggling with the meaning of life, while Dom just wants to finish his book in peace. Confined to their little couch, Maisy and Dom are protected from the outside world. The couch is an oasis; a safe place they retreat to think about the world and discuss their dreams… but it’s also a prison. The comfortable couch has become a safety net that Maisy cannot escape from. Can Maisy overcome her fears and venture into the world outside her mind?

Crowded Couch, directed by Ella Roth Barton, screened at the 2017 Setting Sun Short Film Festival in April. Our film was included in the Rogue Program that featured short films created by women.
